Shipping

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide and all shippings are by DPD or PostNL. Shipping times vary from 2-15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are a guide only and Leatherlands will not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience suffered by customers due to any delays in delivery. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature upon delivery; therefore we are not able to ship to PO boxes. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please give all relevant details such as business name, level and/or suite number. Leatherlands will not accept responsibility for any loss or inconvenience suffered by customers due to the supply of an incomplete or incorrect address.

Customs and import duties

EU countries
International shipping to EU countries includes VAT taxes and will be calculated at the end of your order. There is a possibilty that other local duties or taxes may apply and these are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. These local charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these local charges, and are unable to provide estimates of what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to ensure you are aware of the costs you can expect to pay.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on parcels where customers refuse to pay local customs duties. If you refuse to accept delivery on your order due to duties payable, you will NOT receive a refund from Leatherlands.

Non-EU countries
International shipping to non-EU countries does not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Faulty or incorrect items

First of all our sincerely apology for any inconvenience caused, we handle every order with great care. If there is any problem with your order please contact our customer care team at hello@leatherlands.co. Please include your order number, date of purchase, original receipt (if you have it) and a brief description. Once we receive your e-mail, we will look into the situation within 24 hours.

Return Policy

All products from the Leatherlands.nl are carefully handmade by our owner. if you are not happy with your order for any reasons, please send us an e-mail at hello@leatherlands.co and we will find a solution for you.

If you receive our products and decide you don't like it within 14 days, you can return it back to me for a full refund. Product must be in the original condition as you received it. The returning shipping costs will be on customer.

Please note: We do not accept returns that have been custom made or personalised.
